At present, the membership of the Council comprises 132 companies of which:

Full Members are ship owners,
managers and operators who are based and operate from Cyprus, or ship owners or operators of Cyprus Flag
ships.

Associate Members are
Cyprus-based companies whose main line of business is shipping.

Overseas Members are
companies based abroad being owners, operators or managers of ships, or
shipping-related companies.
The precise definitions of the various types of membership are
contained in Articles 5-7A of the Articles of Association of the Council.
